SHIPPING & RETURNS

Ground and express shipping is offered in the contiguous United States. Please allow 1 business day for order processing and note that holidays are not included in the estimated delivery times.

Upon your order shipping, we’ll send you an email with the tracking and shipping information. You can track your order by visiting the UPS website and submitting the tracking number.

A signature is required for all orders over $250. All orders under $250 will not require a signature and will be left at your shipping address by the carrier. Please be sure to supply a shipping address that you are comfortable with to ensure secure delivery of your order.

SHIPPING INSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES
Orders of $49 or greater will receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping within the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping rates for orders less than $49 or alternative shipping methods will be as quoted in the check-out page.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES

Shipping rates will be calculated in the check-out page

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

Due to fees determined by local customs agencies and authorities Customs, VAT, Duty, and Tax fees will be the responsibility of the customer and collected by the local courier.

How do I track my shipment order?

Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?

Goodness no! Ground shipping is at no charge on returns provided the return falls within the return window.

My order arrived and it is wrong, how do I get the correct order?

Bummer! Once again, so many options for you:

Do I have to pay for the shipping on either the return or on my new product?

No, ground shipping for returns and a new product will be at no charge.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new XACTLYproduct. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return or exchange your product at no charge within 30 days of purchase.

Will I receive a full refund when I make a return or store credit?

That depends on what you purchased, but for the most part, it will be a full refund. Store credit will be issued in specific and rare occurrences, you will know before final purchase if this will be the case.

Do you have free returns?

Each clean water tower pumps out a thousand liters of clean, safe drinking water each and every day

Lombok Indonesia, Cambodia and we have three more in store for 2019!

Why Planet Water Foundation?

The global water crisis is real, devastating and happening now. Action needs to be taken to help the 1 billion people currently suffering from a lack of clean water all around the world. We fell in love with Planet Water Foundations drive and actionable plan to combat this global crisis. We may one day branch out from water but for now, we’ll see where the current takes us.

What are the effects of not having clean water?

Waterborne Diseases caused by contaminated drinking water, about 800,000 die each year by diarrheal diseases.

What products are charity based?

Being a B Corporation we are committed to not only doing no harm but also doing a little good with everything we do and everything we produce and sell. This means that while our tees & caps are a curated collection intended to give 100% of proceeds to the Planet Water Foundation through April 2019, the rest of our products do good as well.

Are you involved with any other charities locally or globally?

Yup! We work closely with a number of local organizations, Movement Foundation, and LA Works just to name a couple. If you have any suggestions please feel free to let us know!
